I’m watching people drop 5 lbs, 14 lbs, 26 lbs like it’s nothing and nobody is starving, working out 24-7, or feeling shaky and weak.

I realized how much was toxic in the foods I was consuming daily PLUS I realized how much the right start to the morning can be for a day filled with success. My research led me to understand that having a solid foundation of plant-based protein, super greens, and the right probiotic were essential to better mental health, better overall food choices, fewer cravings, and a body that is functioning at its best.
