When I first introduce people to Noonday Collection, sometimes they don’t immediately understand what they are truly experiencing. I get a lot of:
“These pieces are incredible.”
“Does this come in any other colors?”
“How much do these things cost?”
And while those comments & questions are valid within a shopper’s mindset, the true value of what is available takes a bit more to understand.
The truth is that Noonday is about PEOPLE first. From the top to the bottom of the organization, people are honored for who they are – artisans, ambassadors, CEOs, packing/shipping employees, etc. There is NOBODY in this organization that isn’t empowered and transformed by their work.
This is why the Ambassador Manifesto is so important and does such a great job of showcasing the power of Noonday Collection for more than just ambassadors like me. Are the pieces these artisans create incredible? Yes, yes they are. Is the love behind each piece, behind each person, all wrapped up and ready for someone on the receiving end of one of these pieces? Yes, yes it is. And the love, the togetherness, the impact, and the actual, tangible world-changing behind every piece is the real story at Noonday Collection.
This company is so so much more than accessories.
