Thank you so much for choosing to read this post and follow along with the journey I began on International Women’s Day to raise awareness in support of the Save the Children’s Ukraine Crisis Relief Fund & the power of our collective voices when we all stand together.
The truth is that when things feel chaotic, overwhelming, out of control, or unusually dark, that’s the time when it is essential to pour light into the world and choose goodness & beauty in our own lives. Regardless of what you have going on, your heart needs to hear you say these words in a world like we live in today:
- You matter
- Your voice is powerful
- There are ways to both treat yourself & add some self-care or self-love to your day AND give back to a world that needs your light
- There is abundant good in this world & every choice you make has a chance to spread joy – both in your world & around the globe
- Your personal health, wellness, & mindset journey are extremely important & you deserve to be empowered in that journey
